Online Privacy Statement


Your privacy is important to us. This online privacy statement explains how we collect, share, use, and protect information when a visitor uses (collectively, “User”, “You”, “Your”) the online and mobile services offered by Nexteppe, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Nexteppe”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). This statement covers Nexteppe’s online services, including the web site (the “Site”) and our mobile services.

This privacy statement is provided with respect to content and services delivered and offered by Nexteppe in the United States. When using our online services to receive information or to access the Site for transaction purposes, your information will be transferred or processed in the United States. Certain Nexteppe web site pages (e.g., a micro site) and Nexteppe social media sites may have terms regarding the privacy of your information in addition to those described in this Statement. Please be sure to review any privacy disclosures for the specific Nexteppe online service you are using.

Our online services are NOT intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.


Information We Collect Information

Personal Information. When you visit or use our Site, we may collect personal information from or about you such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number(s), account number, user name and password. We may also collect information about your third party accounts, social security number, driver’s license number and other data when you provide such information to apply for an account and/or use the Site and other online services that are reasonably required for ordinary business purposes.

Other Information and its Usage. In addition to the personal information described above, we or our third party partners may collect certain information about your use of our online services.  For example, we may capture certain location information through the IP address of the device you use to connect to the online service, the type of web browser you use, information about the last web site you came from before visiting the Site, the parts of the Site you access during your visit. We or our third-party partners may also use cookies, web beacons or other technologies to collect and store other information about your visit to, or use of, the Site and our other online services.  We may later associate the usage and other information we collect online with personal information we may have about you; or we may track the behaviors of our users and visitors generally without connecting such behaviors to personal information about users.

Mobile Application. For your convenience, Nexteppe enables you to access certain services through a downloadable mobile application (“Mobile App”).  When you use our Mobile App, we may collect information such as unique device identifiers for your mobile device, your screen resolution and other device settings, information about your location, and analytical information about how you use your mobile device.  We may include certain permissions when using the Mobile App, including seeking permission to collect information about the geographic location of the mobile device you are using when utilizing the Mobile App.

Additional Sources of Information. We also may collect information about you from additional online and offline sources, including co-branded web sites we may operate with partners or third-party commercial sources, such as credit reporting agencies.  We may combine this information with the personal and other information we have collected about you under this Online Privacy Statement.


How We Use the Information

We may use your personal information:

  • to respond to your inquiries and/or requests
  • to process enrollments and transactions
  • to verify you identity in order to allow access to your account(s)
  • to manage your preferences
  • for business purposes such as data analysis, audits, risk management, and fraud monitoring and prevention


You can control whether or not to accept cookies. A ‘cookie’ is a small text file that a web server may place on your computer when you visit a web site. The file uniquely identifies a browser/computer and information stored in a cookie sent by Nexteppe web page can only be read by Nexteppe (or a company we work with). If you decide to not accept cookies, some features and services on the Site may not work properly because we may not be able to recognize and associate you with your account(s).

Keeping your account information accurate and up-to-date is important. You may review or update certain information by logging on to the Nexteppe Site. You may also contact us by using the Customer Service option on our website.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that Nexteppe would sell its business (by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise) or sell all or substantially all of its assets. In any transaction of this kind, customer information, including your personally identifiable information, may be among the assets that are transferred.

By including the ‘Effective Date’ of this Statement, as indicated below, the last time it was revised or materially changed is made clear and enables you to determine whether there have been any changes since you last reviewed this Statement.
