This online privacy statement explains how we collect, share, use, and protect information when a visitor uses (collectively, “User”, “You”, “Your”) the online and mobile services offered by Nexteppe, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Nexteppe”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). This statement covers Nexteppe’s online services, including the nexteppe.com web site (the “Site”) and our mobile services.
This privacy statement is provided with respect to content and services delivered and offered by Nexteppe in the United States. When using our online services to receive information or to access the Site for transaction purposes, your information will be transferred or processed in the United States. Certain Nexteppe web site pages (e.g., a micro site) and Nexteppe social media sites may have terms regarding the privacy of your information in addition to those described in this Statement. Please be sure to review any privacy disclosures for the specific Nexteppe online service you are using.
Our online services are NOT intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Information We Collect Information

When you visit or use our Site, we may collect personal information from or about you such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number(s), account number, user name and password. Mobile Application. For your convenience, Nexteppe enables you to access certain services through a downloadable mobile application (“Mobile App”). When you use our Mobile App, we may collect information such as unique device identifiers for your mobile device, your screen resolution and other device settings, information about your location, and analytical information about how you use your mobile device. We may include certain permissions when using the Mobile App, including seeking permission to collect information about the geographic location of the mobile device you are using when utilizing the Mobile App.
Additional Sources of Information. We also may collect information about you from additional online and offline sources, including co-branded web sites we may operate with partners or third-party commercial sources, such as credit reporting agencies. We may combine this information with the personal and other information we have collected about you under this Online Privacy Statement.
How We Use the Information
We may use your personal information:

Cookies

It is also possible that Nexteppe would sell its business (by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise) or sell all or substantially all of its assets. We reserve the right to amend this Online Privacy Statement from time to time without prior notice. By including the ‘Effective Date’ of this Statement, as indicated below, the last time it was revised or materially changed is made clear and enables you to determine whether there have been any changes since you last reviewed this Statement. Please review it periodically.
Nexteppe YouTube Upload’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
